These Terms govern use of the Angry Dragon Studios skill-based game Rockshot Rush and related services.
Eligibility: 18+ only. Location verification required. Service not available where prohibited by law.
Accounts: You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One account per person.
Game entries & fees: Free play is available. Entry-fee matches are optional and governed by the Game Rules / Skill Statement below.
Wallet & payments: Deposits, promo funds, withdrawals, and fees are described in the Payments & Wallet section on the Home page and may be updated in the app.
Fair play: Cheating, tampering, or collusion is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture and account actions.
Content & IP: The game and all content are owned by Angry Dragon Studios or its licensors.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability: Service is provided “as is” as permitted by law. Angry Dragon Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted.
Disputes: Please see the Refunds / Disputes section below for first-line resolution. Additional dispute terms may apply by jurisdiction.
Changes: We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Game Rules / Skill Statement
Skill-based play: Outcomes are predominantly determined by player skill (aiming, timing, ricochets, and upgrade choices). Chance does not provide different conditions for competing players.
Identical seed: Both players in a match play the exact same level seed and parameters.
Asynchronous matching: You do not need a live opponent; your run may be matched later against another identical-seed run.
Scoring & winners: The higher valid score on the identical seed wins. Tie-breaking rules are presented in-app where applicable.
Integrity: Any detected cheating, automation, or manipulation results in disqualification and may lead to forfeiture and account action.
Refunds / Disputes
Entry fees: Entry fees are generally final once a match begins. If a technical fault on our side prevents completion, we may void and refund the entry at our discretion.
How to dispute: Contact us from the app or email support with your match ID and details. We will review logs and respond.
Refund method & timing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where feasible. Processing times vary by provider.
Compliance, Eligibility & Location

We operate only where permitted by law. The app collects and verifies player location and will geo-block restricted states.
Currently blocked states: AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, IA, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, MT, NE, NH, NM, SC, SD, TN, VT, VA, WA. This list is subject to change and will be updated dynamically as rules change.
